The COSC clubhouse totals 6,000 square feet on two levels.

The upper floor is carpeted and features a large hardwood dance floor, and restrooms.

The lower level has a tile floor and contains a full kitchen and two more restrooms.

The clubhouse is available for weekend rentals for meetings, parties, or receptions. The legal capacity is 250. There are approximately 80 tables and 340 chairs for your use as well. WIFI is available, too!

The Club House is available to members at the rate of $300 with an additional $50 deposit. You must be a current member in good standing and have been a member for at least a year to be able to rent the clubhouse.

We no longer rent our facilities to non-members.

Kitchen facilities include a six-burner gas stove and oven, a refrigerator, 100-cup coffee pot, and a microwave. For questions, more information or a rental booking, please call 517-408-0015.
